Cook it just right! Make sure your chicken and turkey reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Using a hand held meat thermometer, check the internal temperature in the innermost part of the thigh and wing and the thickest part of the breast.

The following chicken and turkey cooking times are according to USDA recommendations.

Good reminder—hitting that 165°F mark is key for both safety and keeping the meat juicy if done right. Using a thermometer really takes the guesswork out of it. Kind of like in basketball bros, where precision and timing make all the difference between a win and a miss.

Thank you for this informative post on cooking temperatures! I found the minimums fascinating, especially regarding food safety. I'm curious how these practices evolve in different cultures. Speaking of evolving games like Slope, do you think there are parallels between cooking precision and strategic gameplay? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
