All Empire Kosher chickens and turkeys are grown by small family farmers, each within a 90-mile food shed radius of their processing plant.

Empire Kosher actively supports local communities and charities and donates more than 25 tons of free poultry to local food banks in a single year, including in metropolitan New York City.
