A Note from the Rabbi on Passover:
Since Passover rules are highly sensitive we need to be able to accommodate these rules without compromise. Many times the changeover from non-Passover to Passover production brings many challenges and complications that may risk compromise. There fore, it has always been the Empire practice to keep Kosher for Passover year round. This means that all Rabbis and workers may not bring any food into the production facility. The rabbis and mashigaach continually supervise to make sure all rules are abided by, without any compromise. In addition, the consumer should be informed that all packaging material is produced under strict supervisions that would accommodate all Passover restrictions.
